Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 June 2026

The short version: Feed Flow! stores your data on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not have servers holding your family's data. We do not sell data. We do not share data with third parties for advertising.

1. Who we are

Feed Flow! is developed and operated by Robin Andersson, based in Norway. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@tryfeedflow.app.

2. What data Feed Flow! collects

Feed Flow! collects only the data you enter directly into the app:

Feed Flow! does not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or any data beyond what you explicitly enter.

3. Where your data is stored

All data is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs to your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit — meaning it lives in your iCloud storage, not on our servers. We have no access to it.

4. Data we never collect

5. In-app purchases

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies to the payment process.

6. Feedback

If you use the in-app feedback feature, you may optionally share diagnostic information (app version, iOS version, device model). This is sent directly to our support email and is used only to help resolve your issue. It is never stored in a database or shared further.

7. Children's data

Feed Flow! is designed to be used by parents to track their baby's feeding. The data entered about a child is stored locally and in the parent's own iCloud account. We do not knowingly collect data about children directly — all data is entered and controlled by the parent or caregiver using the app.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Since all data is stored on your device and in your iCloud account, you can exercise these rights directly:

For any questions or requests, contact support@tryfeedflow.app.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and note the change in the app's release notes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
