The short version: Feed Flow! stores your feeding and growth data on your device and in your personal iCloud account — we have no servers holding it and we can't read it. We don't sell data and we don't share it for advertising. The only thing that may leave your device is anonymous usage analytics, and only if you switch it on.
Feed Flow! is developed and operated by Robin Andersson, based in Norway. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@tryfeedflow.app.
Feed Flow! collects only the data you enter directly into the app:
Feed Flow! does not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or any data beyond what you explicitly enter.
All data is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs to your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit — meaning it lives in your iCloud storage, not on our servers. We have no access to it.
Caregiver sharing. If you invite a caregiver (for example a partner or grandparent) to a baby's timeline, that baby's data is shared between your iCloud and the invited person's iCloud through Apple's secure sharing. The people you share with can see and add to that baby's information. You can stop sharing at any time. The shared data still lives in iCloud accounts, not on our servers, and we have no access to it.
Optional, anonymous analytics — off by default. To understand which features actually help families, Feed Flow! offers an opt-in "Help improve Feed Flow!" setting. Only if you switch it on, the app sends anonymous usage events — which screens and features are used, and counts (for example "a feed was logged" or "the paywall was shown"). These events never include your name, your baby's name, or any feeding amount, growth value, date of birth, or note you enter. They're tagged with a one-way hashed identifier that can't be traced back to you, and are processed by TelemetryDeck — an EU-hosted, privacy-by-design analytics provider acting as our processor under GDPR Article 28. You can turn it off any time in Settings → Data & Privacy and sending stops immediately. Apart from this optional, anonymous analytics, no usage data leaves your device.
This website. Our marketing site (tryfeedflow.app) uses cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and see which pages and links people find useful. It sets no cookies, builds no profile, and collects no personal data — so there's nothing to consent to and nothing that can identify you. If we ever link to the App Store, install measurement is done through Apple's own App Store Connect (aggregate counts only) — never a third-party tracking SDK.
Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple via the App Store. We receive confirmation that a purchase or restore happened (so we can unlock features), but we never receive or store your payment card or billing details. Apple's privacy policy applies to the payment process.
If you use the in-app feedback feature, you may optionally share diagnostic information (app version, iOS version, device model). This is sent directly to our support email and is used only to help resolve your issue. It is never stored in a database or shared further.
Feed Flow! is designed to be used by parents to track their baby's feeding. The data entered about a child is stored locally and in the parent's own iCloud account. We do not knowingly collect data about children directly — all data is entered and controlled by the parent or caregiver using the app.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Since all data is stored on your device and in your iCloud account, you can exercise these rights directly:

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and note the change in the app's release notes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
