How do I log a feed?
Tap the feed type on the home screen and confirm the amount or start the live timer. Bottle and breastfeeding both log in one hand. You can adjust the start time before or during a feed, and edit or delete any entry from the history.
I paid for Premium but don't see it (new phone, reinstall, etc.)
Open Settings → Premium → Restore purchases. Your unlock is tied to your Apple ID, so it restores for free on any device signed in to the same account. If a purchase still doesn't appear, email us with the Apple ID region you bought in and we'll help.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Go to the iOS Settings app → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Feed Flow!, and change or cancel there. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the current period ends. The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase and never renews.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Data & Privacy → Export my data creates a complete, machine-readable copy of everything you've logged (plus a readable feeds CSV) that you can save or share.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete all data erases your logged data from the device and returns the app to its initial state. Because your data lives in your own iCloud (not our servers), this removes it from your synced devices too.
Will I lose my data if I reinstall the app?
No — as long as iCloud sync is on, your data is stored in your own iCloud account and comes back when you reinstall and sign in to the same Apple ID. If you turned iCloud off and only kept data on the device, reinstalling starts fresh, so keep sync on if you want that safety net.
The safe-window timer on a bottle — what is it?
Prepared formula and expressed milk are only good for a limited time. Feed Flow! shows a gentle countdown on each prepared bottle so you can tell at a glance whether it's still good — and bin less by accident.
Is my baby's data private?
Yes. Your feeding and growth data stays on your device and in your own iCloud — we have no server that holds it and we can't read it. No ads, no cross-app tracking. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
