Terms of Use

Feed Flow! helps you keep track of feeds. It gives estimates and general guidance only — it is not a medical device and it never gives medical advice. If you are worried about your baby, speak to a midwife, health nurse or doctor.

1. Who these terms are with

Feed Flow! ("the app") is made by Zeolite Andersson, a sole proprietorship registered in Norway, operated by Robin Andersson, Oslo, Norway. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

2. Your licence to use the app

Feed Flow! is licensed, not sold, to you. Your licence is the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which applies in full and is incorporated into these terms by reference. Where the Apple Standard EULA and these terms disagree, the Apple Standard EULA governs the licence itself, and these terms govern everything specific to Feed Flow! described below.

3. Feed Flow! is not medical advice

This is the most important section on this page.

Feed Flow! is a logging and information tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Figures such as typical ranges, predicted feed times, growth percentiles and intake estimates are estimates. They are derived from what you log and from published reference data, and they are labelled as estimates in the app.
Nursing volumes in particular cannot be measured by an app and are estimated.
The safe-window timer is a convenience reminder based on the window you configure. It does not inspect or test the milk. Always use your own judgement about whether a feed is safe.
Nothing in the app replaces advice from a qualified health professional. If you have any concern about feeding, growth, allergies or your baby's wellbeing, contact your midwife, health nurse, doctor or your local emergency number.

4. Your data

Your feeding, growth and milestone data is yours. It is stored on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, in your own personal iCloud account. We do not hold your family's data on our servers. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your own device and Apple ID secure, and for any backups you choose to keep. If you delete the app and have no iCloud backup, your data is gone and we cannot recover it for you.

5. Purchases, subscriptions and cancellation

Feed Flow! is free to use for logging. Some features are available through a paid subscription or a one-time purchase.

All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We never see or handle your payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency, and may differ by country. We may change prices for future purchases; a price change never affects a purchase you have already made.
A one-time purchase applies to the Apple ID that bought it, and can be restored on your other devices signed in with that Apple ID.

6. Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their policies, not by us. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you believe something in the app is broken, please write to us first — we would rather fix it.

7. Fair use

Please do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, use it to break any law, or interfere with its normal operation. If you share a child's data with a caregiver, you are responsible for who you invite and what they can see.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Feed Flow! working well, but we cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we make a material change to these terms we will update the date at the top of this page and note it in the app's release notes.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Feed Flow! is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, and nothing here reduces them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
